BOARDIN Travel Consulting (“BOARDIN”) is operated by João Ferreira (NIF: 226273954), Vila Real de Santo António, Portugal.

BOARDIN is a travel search, referral and affiliate platform that helps users discover and access travel services, including:

• Flights
• Stays
• Car Rental
• Activities
• Cruises
• Flight + Hotel, when available

BOARDIN is generally not the airline, hotel, accommodation provider, car rental company, activity provider, online travel agency (OTA) or other company providing the final travel service.

Searches performed through BOARDIN may redirect users to third-party travel providers or booking platforms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• the final booking is made with the external provider;
• payment is processed by the external provider;
• the booking contract is between the customer and that provider;
• the provider’s own terms and conditions apply.

BOARDIN does not normally process the final booking or payment.

BOARDIN participates in affiliate programmes and may receive a commission when a user follows a BOARDIN link and completes a qualifying booking or transaction.

Affiliate relationships should not normally increase the price paid by the user.

Some tracking information may be passed to affiliate partners so that a booking can be attributed to BOARDIN.

Travel prices and availability can change at any time. BOARDIN cannot guarantee:

• price
• availability
• taxes
• fees
• schedules
• cancellation terms
• provider conditions

Information displayed or pre-filled through BOARDIN is not a confirmed booking. The final information shown by the external provider before payment takes precedence.

BOARDIN may generate search links containing information such as:

• destination
• origin
• dates
• travellers
• rooms
• airport
• car rental location
• activity destination

These links exist only to simplify the user’s search. Users must check all information before booking.

BOARDIN links to external websites. BOARDIN does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their:

• content
• availability
• technical systems
• booking systems
• privacy practices
• payment systems

Users should review the provider’s own terms and privacy policy before booking.

Cancellation, modification and refund rules are determined by the provider through which the reservation was completed.

BOARDIN cannot guarantee that a booking is refundable or changeable. The customer should check the applicable booking conditions before payment.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have:

• a valid passport or identity document
• visas where required
• entry permissions
• health and travel documentation
• correct traveller information

BOARDIN is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry caused by missing or invalid documents.

BOARDIN aims to provide useful and accurate search functionality but cannot guarantee that third-party travel information is always complete, current or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, BOARDIN is not responsible for losses caused by acts or failures of third-party providers, including:

• cancellations
• delays
• schedule changes
• denied services
• provider insolvency
• booking system errors
• changes in availability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

The BOARDIN name, branding, visual identity and original website content belong to BOARDIN / João Ferreira unless otherwise stated.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

BOARDIN may update these Terms as services, partners or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on boardintravel.com.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the user’s country of residence.
